Declaración de Espacio Seguro
Somos MAD for Swing, la organizadora de este Madrid Swing Exchange y como parte activa de la comunidad de swing y blues, nos comprometemos en la creación de un Espacio Seguro, respetuoso e inclusivo.
No aceptamos conductas que puedan causar incomodidad, intimidación o daño.
Rechazamos cualquier tipo de violencia sexual, racista, xenófoba, gordofóbica, clasista, capacitista, edadista, LGTBfóbica, o cualquier otro tipo de discriminación.
Si experimentas o eres testigo de alguna situación de este tipo, contacta con el equipo organizador / de espacio seguro inmediatamente.
En Madrid Swing Exchange tendremos, entre otros medios a los que daremos la adecuada publicidad
- Un equipo de Punto Violeta, formado por personas que se presentan al inicio de cada evento y que portarán un elemento que las identifique.

Nos comprometemos a actuar ante cualquier aviso garantizando la confidencialidad.
Queremos seguir disfrutando plenamente de la música y el baile sin temor ni preocupaciones.

Safe Space
We are MAD for Swing, the organiser of this Madrid Swing Exchange. As an active part of the swing and blues community, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful and inclusive environment.
We do not accept behaviour that could cause discomfort, intimidation or harm.
We reject any kind of violence, whether based on sexual, racist, xenophobic, body-shaming, classist, ableist, ageist, LGTBphobic or any other kind of discrimination.
