Desde MAD for Swing queremos daros las gracias por la acogida que ha tenido el VII Madrid Swing Exchange. Queremos agradecer especialmente a los asociados el apoyo que hemos recibido para hacer posible que se celebre esta edición que queremos que sea muy especial y la primera, tras la pandemia, de muchas más.
Hoy, por fin, hemos empezado a mandar los primeros correos, así que debéis estar muy atentos a vuestros buzones a lo largo de estos días; tenemos una cantidad inmensa de solicitudes, más de 600, y estamos gestionando el registro lo más ágilmente posible; no obstante, os pedimos paciencia. Sabemos que hay mucha hambre.
Queremos también dar las gracias a todos los que, o bien os habéis ofrecido como voluntarios, o bien ofrecéis hosting. ¡Muchísimas gracias! En las próximas semanas nos pondremos en contacto con vosotros para que os suméis a los grupos de voluntarios que llevamos trabajando activamente desde octubre para contribuir a la gran fiesta del swing y del blues de Madrid.
MAD for Swiing would like to thank you all for your enthusiastic response to our 7th Madrid Swing Exchange. And acknowledge the hard work of the members who’ve made it possible. We want to make it an especially memorable Exchange, the first after the pandemic and the first of many more to follow.
Today we sent out the initial emails, so look out for them in your inboxes. The response was overwhelming (more than 600 applications) and we’re trying to make registration as painless as possible. OK, it’s hard to wait, but we don’t want you to fall off your seat… So please be patient.
We also wish to thank everyone who’s volunteered to host or help in other ways. ¡Muchas gracias! Over the next few weeks, we’ll be in contact with you to join the volunteer groups that have already been active since October to make sure that this great swing and blues event in Madrid is a truly GRAN FIESTA.
