A cuatro meses del Madrid Lindy Exchange, el entusiasta equipo de socios que prepara el programa bulle de actividad, ideas y propuestas.

Nos preguntáis «¿qué incluye el Full Pass?». El Full Pass incluye el acceso a las dos fiestas del viernes en Cha3 y el sábado en el Círculo de Bellas Artes y la inscripción si deseas participar en la Jack&Jill. Y no solo eso.

Además de las fiestas, proponemos actividades divertidas, interesantes y exclusivas para quienes hayan comprado el Full Pass.
El viernes, antes de la fiesta en Cha3, ruta turística guiada por Madrid.
El sábado, desde primera hora de la tarde, juegos, concursos, demostraciones llenarán la Sala de Columnas y la Fuentecilla, del Círculo de Bellas Artes siendo el preludio ideal para una noche llena de emociones y música en directo.

Concebimos un Exchange como una fiesta de swing donde mostrar a nuestros visitantes nuestra ciudad, nuestro baile, nuestra comunidad, nuestra forma de hacer swing; compartir con ellos bailes, comidas, cañas, paseos… alojar a los que nos visitan en nuestras casas, no solo para que salga más asequible el viaje, sino también para estrechar lazos y compartir forma de vida.

Y como en Madrid el swing es social y abierto a todos, el sábado y el domingo por la mañana tendremos música en directo y baile social en espacios públicos, con los gastos sufragados por MAD for Swing. Los madrileños que no hayan conseguido plaza en el Exchange o no puedan costeársela, tendrán ahí su oportunidad de compartir la fiesta.

No podemos desvelaros aún todos los proyectos que tenemos en marcha, mientras no estén completamente preparados. Sí podemos deciros que este año, como nunca antes, somos más socios preparando un fin de semana inolvidable, somos más socios ofreciendo hosting, somos más MAD for Swing. Ven a bailar con nosotros, ven a bailar a Madrid.

We are 4 months away from the Madrid Lindy Exchange, and the enthusiastic team of MAD for Swing members are busy working on fun ideas and activities for the program of events.

What does the Full Pass include?
The Full pass includes admission to the two parties, Friday June 16th at Cha3 and Saturday, June 17th in the iconic Madrid building, the Círculo de Bellas Artes, and also the Jack & Jill competition if you choose to participate.

And not only that!
Apart from the parties, we will have various fun and interesting activities only for those who have purchased the Full Pass. For example:
On Friday, before the Cha3 party there will be a walking tour of Madrid guided by some great local dancers.
Saturday, all afternoon there will be games, contests, demonstrations at the beautiful Circulo de Bellas Artes which will be the perfect prelude to an evening filled with emotion and live music.

Our concept of an exchange is that it is a swing festival where we show our guests our city, our community, our way of dancing swing. We’ll share not only dances, but also food, tapas, drinks, walks…and we will even open up our houses, not only to help people save money, but also to share our way of life and get to know one another.

And as swing in Madrid is social and open to all, on Saturday and Sunday mornings we will have live music and social dancing in public spaces, with the costs being covered by the MAD for Swing members. This will be the chance for all local dancers to participate in the weekend, even if they were not able to get a Full pass.

We can’t reveal all the activities we have lined up yet, as we are still in the organization process. But we can say that this year, as never before, we have more members who are working on making this weekend unforgettable, there are more of us offering housing, we are more MAD for Swing.
